These items are made to order and therefore direct costs occur when you order.
This means that costs are involved on our returns.
The up side of this is that making these to order allows us to offer a large variety of sizes, colours and style combinations which are usually not available not the high street.

(1) COLOURS AND SIZE

Colours can vary from screen to the actual print, due to differences in monitor colours.
To match colours a sample is available on request.
To make sure the image is the right size; please see the size diagram showing panel sizes and total size within the item description, under the size heading.
Please get tape measures out and be sure you understand the size.

(2) SHIPPING

Items should arrive to UK destinations within 5 days.
If your item does not show within 5 days please contact us immediately to avoid the item being redirected back to ourselves (incurring extra costs).

Delivery drivers should leave a card if a delivery attempt has been made, but we all know too well that this doesn’t always happen.  This is why you must contact us.

If the customer fails to contact us, there is the chance that the item may be redirected back to ourselves.
If the item is redirected back to us, we are billed £10 for the return + the original shipping charge again in order to resend.

This charge is the customer’s responsibility if we were not notified.

(3) DAMAGES

If your print arrives damaged we need to know within 24 hours of the delivery, we will require photo evidence emailed to us.
A replacement will then be arranged.  If the customer requests a refund and does not require a replacement the cancel & return policy (below) will apply.
There is NO cost for direct replacements of damaged in Transit goods.

(4) CANCELATION / RETURN

These items are “Made to order” thus are exempt from the 7 day Distance Seller Regulations.

Sellers are not required to offer returns on such goods by law.

However we do offer returns, but require the customer to cover some of the direct costs involved with their order to make this feasible.

The direct cost formula we use is 20% of the amount paid (+ any additional postage surcharge if applicable).
The direct costs will be billed (via PayPal)
You have 14 days from delivery receipt to request a return.
